After difficulties with another local Mercedes-Benz dealership, we approached Mercedes-Benz of Austin. They quickly provided an appointment time and arranged for a loaner vehicle the very next day. Surprising and humbly encouraging to us, Mercedes-Benz of Austin advised us that select service we brought the car in for was not warranted. The service would have likely cost well over $1,000 and the dealership called to say conditions were fine and service was not needed with specific feedback.
