I had a terrible experience at Augusta Mercedes. I brought my car in specifically to address an emissions issue (code P0442). They were supposed to perform a diagnostic and or a smoke test to identify and repair the problem. Instead, they kept my car for over 8 hours, cleared the code without fixing the underlying issue, and sent me on my way. When I went for an emissions test shortly after, the same code reappeared. My driver called and complained our 2019 Sprinter was jerking and dying. He had just managed to make a delivery close to Augusta, so I had him head there. In the meantime, I was able to make an online appointment for early the next day. Corey, the Service Advisor called and acknowledged that this was a work vehicle and they would do the best they could to get it back on the road. I took my car in for a recall on the piece above the windshield which happened to blow off on me while I was driving down the interstate, and come to find out that it was a recall. After arguing with several different people who had different opinions on whether or not it was a recall, I finally got it replaced due to a recall. After going back to pick my car up later that day, I noticed that the piece was not flush and one side was sticking up and it did not look right.
