Jonathan and Darrin were fantastic to deal with. No sales pressure. After a week of negotiations, I got a very fair deal on a CPO in impeccable condition. There was a slight issue with the car, which they rectified immediately. Would definitely do business with them again.
Mr. Chris- the manager of the service department is really good and goes an extra mile when a customer is having issues with something. The valet guy working there is super nice and helpful. Would choose again.
Went to NJDMV yesterday to get duplicate title for our 2024 GLA250 4Matic that we purchased for cash in 3/24! We realized in March of 2025 that we never received the title from Mercedes of Atlantic City! We paid them for the title, but never received it! Yesterday, we got a duplicate title for another $60 fee! Also, the car has been back 3 times for an engine light with only 9,000 miles on it! I have to say though, the service department representatives are very polite and professional! No problem with the employees!
Todd Kravitz and Gabriel did an excellent job helping me get my dream vehicle. Todd was genuinely kind, with an excellent communication skill. He communicated with me throughout the ordering process all the way to picking it up. It was an overall excellent experience. I have been a loyal Piazza customer for many years and this dealership is nothing different. Absolutely outstanding. I would drive there again from PA to pick another Mercedes in the future. Thank you Todd and Gabe for the excellent experience.
