Parts department unprofessional Nobody answered the phone I ordered the parts waiting one week And when I came to pick up my Parts My part has been Lost !!
They have had my moms car for 2 months and I have not been able to physically speak with her service rep at all. Left messages with supervisor still no one has reached back out at all. Very disappointing 😞

I bought my first benz at this dealership! Bruce Wile WAS THE BEST!! He was wonderful on the test drive, he was patient, he told me everything I needed to know about the car, and financing. I love my car and it was certified pre/owned.
don’t buy car here, they’re keep offer people lease the car came up with the big payment with lowliest miles on it , and why do i have to lease the car with big payments and low miles and let it sit in the house just for look ? and the lease payment higher then purchase payments. Some how maybe lease they’re have more commissions then buy ?, anyway everyone need to stay away from this dealership, Plus they don’t really give you a lot of discount like other MB dealership. This dealership is money hungers .
