We have two cars from Mercedes, one purchased in athens but both are serviced there. Our last experience at the department was good. Always a sticker shock but the service provided was thorough and Chad was great as usual.
I bought my car from Mercedes in Athens. I always take it there for service. They are amazing. Polite, courteous and very professional. They are very thorough when servicing my car. Chad takes great care of me and keeps me updated. Never been disappointed.
