This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever experienced. Mercedes is a great brand but unfortunately poorly represented at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. Benz probably need to take a page out of Elon Musk book and fire the whole management team. As much as we pay for the vehicles and their maintenance you would expect a great customer service, but at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, they don’t care or value their customers. What a great dealer... seriously. Every employee at this dealership is friendly, professional, and generally cares about meeting the needs of their clients, or soon-to-be clients. Especially David & Diandra, (Service Manager & Asst Service Manager) - who were both extremely understanding of my situation and offered to help.
