This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever experienced. Mercedes is a great brand but unfortunately poorly represented at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. Benz probably need to take a page out of Elon Musk book and fire the whole management team. As much as we pay for the vehicles and their maintenance you would expect a great customer service, but at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, they don’t care or value their customers.
