First-time buyer of a new Mercedes from the Annapolis dealership. Reaching out online, I was quickly responded to by Mia Castle. I highly recommend Mia. She was AMAZING! So professional, knowledgeable & personable! Not knowing what model I wanted proved to be a challenge but Mia went into overdrive to find the perfect SUV fit for me. My GLC 350e Hybrid is speculator! Mercedes will always be my brand & Mia will always be my salesperson!

I am embarrassed for this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned low mile SL550 from them as I trusted that a Mercedes dealership would not put a car up for sale unless it had been thoroughly inspected. That was a big mistake. I was an out of state customer so had to rely on their word and photo’s. Upon delivery, I found out that the main system computer (head unit) had been damaged and not working properly. Very unprofessional and rude,especially the person who answered the phone, I called to speak to a manager because I received a email from the corporation but very unhelpful, I purchased my vehicle from Annapolis Mercedes Benz dealer,once you leave the dealer the attitude changes..very cold customer service.also the service department are very dishonest.
