We had an engine code pop up on our van while traveling through Alaska and stopped at the Anchorage Mercedes-Benz dealership. Even though he wasn't scheduled to be working, Ethan Bricco from the service department happened to be there and generously offered to help diagnose the problem. He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Extremely friendly staff. They got my van in the next day, and fixed it really fast. Ernie sent me a thorough video of a few other issues on my van and explained what was going on. Really enjoyed my experience even though I was there for a broken van lol
Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage Service and Parts is fantastic! Needed some maintenance and got right in the next day! Complimentary tow (didn't need it) Complimentary ride to and from work while they worked on my Benz. Complimentary hand car wash too! Trey was very accommodating and great at explaining the problems and what needed to be fixed. No hard sell either! Even though I forgot my coupon for the discount, he gave it to me.
