We were traveling from Mansfield TX to Sante Fe New Mexico and our air conditioner stopped working. We were just outside of Abilene and located the Mercedes Dealership. We pulled in and spoke with the service department and they were kind enough to pull our car in and check out our issue. After repairing our vehicle they explained what had caused our issue and we were able to complete our trip with no other problems. Everything is fine now. We were on the phone with Anthony and Rachel all day Saturday about a truck they had on the lot. The truck was sold and brought back to the dealership by another buyer the day before. They upped the price that was listed online by over $1,000 because they “incured more fees” from the buyer bringing it back. Photos were sent of a few paint chips on the running board, so we were aware of them.
