Wouldn’t buy a Mercedes with only this service around. We spent time explaining the issue with our 2022 Mercedes and made an appointment. We drove an hour and 45 minutes, only to be told right away that they couldn’t assist us. They told us to take the problem somewhere else and then make another appointment to come back.
