Andrew McCartney provided exemplary customer service — friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the product, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and he is an absolute credit to Mercedes-Benz. Highly recommend both Andrew and the team.
I recently took my Mercedes to another dealership regarding a concern, but unfortunately they didn’t take it seriously and were also very poor with communication and responding to emails. I then decided to take my car to Mercedes-Benz Mosman and the experience was completely different. Shant was outstanding from start to finish. He took my concerns seriously, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and showed genuine care, professionalism, and excellent knowledge.
