Warranty issues ignored, agreed fix never followed through Brought my car in for a service and flagged a few warranty items, including rattling noises, a secondary battery that wouldn't hold charge, and a trim defect. When I picked the car up, none of them had been touched — which also left me questioning whether the standard service work had actually been done. Excellent easy to work with dealership. Welcomed almost instantly when you walk in. The salesman (Nath) was engaged but never pushy. He was able to easily answer questions and the whole process was very relaxed- pre-visit, visit & test-drive, finance and delivery! Love the ‘new’ car (it doesn’t even look second-hand).
