We bought the auto X care package which suggested road glue that had splattered on our car would be covered for removal, however it is not. Nevertheless, the manager, Jeremy Slade, kindly provided a spare car and organised for our car to be detailed and removed the road glue at no cost. The after-care customer service is exceptional at Mornington. Thankyou.
Arriving in a Mercedes Motorhome today. I had been quoted for what should take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 45 minutes later my work was completed and the bill reduced dramatically. They could have left it in the parking area for the duration of their quotation, yet they didn’t. I feel honesty MUST be recognised and applauded. I HIGHLY recommend the Mornington Mercedes service centre.
