About a month ago I was car shopping and came across Mississauga Mercedes as my first stop in my search. The staff, dealership and selection were top notch. Although, in the end I did not purchase a vehicle from them. I just wanted to touch back and say thank you for all their expertise especially Tony in sales.
I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz, feels very luxurious and welcoming and everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the service, parts & rental team was professional and kind. Special shoutout to Rensyl!! He gave top tier service and truly helped me through a stressful situation. He is respectful, patient and genuinely super caring and he made sure I understood what was going on and what my next steps were. I really appreciate his support and the overall service experience.
I had family visiting from out of town who had an issue with the gas tank door. We did not have an appointment and they took us right away. Every staff that we dealt with was very accomodating, and professional. There customer service was impeccable. The issue was resolved, and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly reccommend this dealership.
Overall experience is good, car works can't complain. However the reception person isn't very welcoming. I used to go to Oakville dealership and there the service is exceptional, everyone greets you, offers water/coffee. At this location I didn't feel welcomed, waited to see an advisor and reception desk person wasn't welcoming, looked like they didn't want to be there at all, gave no eye contact, which is a little disrespectful in my opinion. For the money you pay I expected more.
