My experience here was in total contrast to my experience at Bentley. Nancy not only returned my call when she said she would, she made us feel like valued customers. Not only did we get the service done that was required, the service department carried out some recalls that we were unaware of. Bentley could sure take notice of this branch for customer service. Would recommend Mandurah Mercedes to anyone who would like a pleasant experience.
