Was at Lismore Mercedes for a repair to my motorhomes engine they staff were very experienced and very tidy the young office person was the tandout of the whole company she keep me informed of the whole experience she was a great example to the team at Mercedes I left there very satisfied
Thanks Mercedes in Saturday I called to a tow for the sprinter motorhome. She said I will get someone from exclusive care will call you to organise motel or a car. I said great thanks! 90 mins later the tow truck arrived but Mercedes had not called back !!!! Then they towed me to a closed workshop grrrr I was there at 7.50am waiting for it to open as it says online. No one answering the phone either.
