Great service, very nice staff. Harry Bhelay is the best service advisor, honest, genuine and very professional.
This place charges more for parts then other Mercades dealers. Paying MSRP Is a complete rip off and these guys actually charge OVER MSRP. For instance a main battery all other dealers $445-$446. Whitby. $512 Coolant tank other dealers $163. Whitby $187. Sure some of these prices are not significantly larger, but it just shows how they are ripping people off. I recommend shopping around vs going to whitby. In general most dealer costs are a joke... but Whitby Mercedes takes it a step or two further...
