Great service, honest and transparent Obviously, the service and parts are on the higher end.
I go there on regular basis for all the scheduled services for my car. I have come across with different service advisors. However, I found Harry Bhelay the most competent advisor. He lends you an ear patiently to understand your comments properly. He has never been pushy for any additional service. However, he always advises very useful work to be done. He is a true professional with an excellent customer service skills.
Called for a part for my Smart ForTwo. The part is not in stock and the only way to order it is to drive to the dealership (90 minute round trip), pay for it, then return (90 minute round trip) 2 days later to pick it up.
