I have been dealing with the service Department for many years in Dubbo, these people have 'absolutely NO idea about the vehicles or customer service. 2 Weeks ago I received a recall letter in the mail for my GLC 300, fuel filter etc, I went onto Service App and booked in for the recall, they had over a weeks notice, after turning up there for the scheduled 8am appointment I was told car should be back to me by midday and I requested a loan vehicle which they gave me.
