Learn how to treat customers mate, answering the phones while I’m waiting for you is just plan rude. You should not be working in a customer industry. Avoid the gentleman Sanjeev at this Mercedes car yard if you need customer service . Terrible service
Absolutely one of the worst customer experience’s I have had in a long time. The rudeness and mannerisms from Sanjeev is very disappointing specially coming from a brand such as Mercedes. I will make sure others that own a Mercedes do not deal with him if they need to go to into the dealership. Do not recommend dealing with this individual if you want actual service .

I purchased a brand-new Hyundai i30N from Trinity Hyundai. Within three months and just 800 km, the car developed severe corrosion underneath — including major components.
