I booked a B service appointment last week and was told approx $850 plus tax. When I showed up this morning for the appointment, the price had mysteriously grown to $1150 plus tax. No explanation,but it caused me some concern...
Please be aware that this shop is terrible . This is my experience I left my ML350 for recall about DEF. This was in January, shortly after service ( month and half approximately) I had to add DEF liquid. I honestly thought technician didn't fill up. But again in another 2 months message was counting down number of starts, and noticed white marks on driveway. Brought our vehicle in to have a window regulator replaced. The day after, the door handle falls off on the exact same side door. Took to another mechanic who advised that when it was drilled out to install the new regulator, it probably caused the handle come apart due to vibration. On taking the vehicle back there, they took no responsibility for this and said it wasn't their problem. Charged me close to $800. I have bought a bunch of Service Vans from this place, through Rob and I am absolutely appalled by the lack of res... read more

Eric Taylor was very helpful. The invoice was not ready when I was there to pickup my car but he handled the situation very good.
