Had a great time at Mercedes Benz Brampton, they were very professional especially the sales manager Oscar Orellana, his great assistant Joshua Ramlal, the lot attendant Abir Malik and Mujtaba the general sales manager. We had a very comfortable time deciding and learning about the many different vehicles and they helped us buy our first electric car and our first Mercedes! Recently I bought GLC300 Machine from Mercedes Benz Brampton (mayfield) location. I had a great experience at this location with Sales manager Mr. Oscar who, I felt was committed for 100% customer care & Satisfaction. You have to meet him to have that feeling of extra care he takes of you. He has an excellent team with him to make all things smooth. I would say in one word that he is a GREAT AMBASSADOR of a GREAT BRAND MERCEDES BENZ who provides awesome customer service during & after sales.
Mr. Pankaj - Sales consultant was very transparent in detailing the numbers for finance/lease to us. However, we didn't close the deal this time but will surely consider it for our next purchase.
I purchased two vehicles from the same location , and encountered problems with one of the advisors in the service department, who was very rude. This year, we decided to buy another Mercedes coupe. I called my sales manager to help me choose one, and we were ready to make the purchase. I was surprised when he never returned my call despite waiting for a response. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and will be purchasing a vehicle from Audi instead. I will not return.
