I have filed a police report for fraud and identity theft. This "dealership" stole my identity and filled out 2 credit applications and had 2 hard credit pulls on my credit without my authorization or permission. I never filled out a credit application at this dealership, and now have to work to repair the damage done to my credit. They lied and tried to gaslight me into believing that my bank made the first pull while hiding the second pull. The owners of this dealership are complicit in the corruption and fraud as well. I put a deposit down on a car on Monday and explained to the dealer that I'm going to finance the car through my personal credit union. It might take a few days before I'm approved. I spoke to the dealership on Tuesday and let them know I'm waiting to hear from my credit union. They sold the car Wednesday, that the deposit was on.I go to the dealership to retrieve my deposit, and they tell me I have to wait for my deposit. They'll mail it to me. That's just BAD business!
