From the moment you make the appointment until the completion Robert, our service consultant communicated every step of the way. He detailed what the repairs entailed. Amber scheduled a loaner quickly and they brought it to me and picked up my vehicle as I was unable to go to the dealership due to work. It was a flawless A+ experience. Great people great service. Mr. Greg took care of me. Fix my vehicle back to factory specs. The only thing I didn't like is I told them to check everything. All my tires were extremely low when I left. I had to get that done and coolant levels were low so I had to go buy fluid. I didn't feel like spending that extra was necessary after I just gave over 3k in repairs
My service rep, Gregory, was wonderful. He quickly got me set up with an appointment. Delivered as he promised. Will be back.
