This is my 3rd GLC from Ray Catena, and my last. Love Mercedes, but very disappointed with the sales staff. This was the worst of my 3 purchases. Could have been more transparent in communication. Was sent specs for one vehicle and set up test drive. Arrived at dealership the following day and was told that the vehicle to be test driven was no longer available. Vehicle that was shown had less options, but turned out to be more costly monthly. No flexibility on pricing.
