I want to let people know my experience with Mercedes of Freehold. So first and foremost my girlfriend’s 2013 Mercedes C300 was returned to us with a malfunction airbag light on the dashboard when that light was not on when the vehicle was brought to them. I spoke with the service manager Chris and was told that I could drop off the vehicle for them to inspect the issue which I stated was the clock spring. The worst service department out there. No communication, long wait times and an attitude from service advisors comes as a bonus. Scheduling is a mess; you are given an appointment and show up to them telling you it’s not on the schedule. Service advisors are rude. The technicians do not pay attention while servicing cars, trigger sensors and claim they “don’t know what those sensors are”. So if you’d like to come with an issue and leave with 5 more AND get an attitude as a bonus, come to this dealership.
We had a fantastic experience purchasing our vehicle at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. I was throughly impressed with John Farrell’s professionalism and customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. We highly recommend him and the great staff who made feel welcomed and appreciated.
