Quirk services Sprinter Vans! I camp in Maine for 3 months every summer in my Sprinter. My alert system displayed the "brake pad" error. I called Quirk and they set up an appointment in the time frame that I requested (in other words "right away"). They did the job PLUS fixed some other annoying issues in an afternoon while puppy and I waited in their comfy lounge. Yes, they are dog friendly 💚. I cannot give enough praise to both the sales and service teams at Quirk Mercedes. It was a great experience working with the sales team and then later when it was time for service, I couldn't have asked for any better treatment from the very knowledgeable folks working in the well-organized service department. Nice work!

I explained, in full detail, the problem I was experiencing due to the EGR valve in my Sprinter van. Derik, the service manager, told me they would have to use their computer to diagnose the problem. They found a fault code, but told me, “The vehicle is operating normally”, and charged me $204.88. I still had the same EGR valve problem after I left. I had them do a transmission service.
