My husband and I just purchased a Sprinter van for our business. We received excellent service from our salesman, Steve, as well as Ethen in finance. Everything was clearly explained to us, the process was easy and quick, and we left the dealership feeling extremely confident about our new purchase. This is my second experience with Quirk (used Quirk Subaru in the past) and both experiences have been great!
My wife and I had only gone there this morning and experienced some incredibly poor service from the manager. It was as if he was on a high horse. His way of speaking was very condescending and we felt he doubted our ability to afford the car. He is insanely arrogant. He speaks very belligerently and like he just wanted us gone. Honestly, if you wanted a customer to buy your car, at least speak professionally. Or else, you’d lose your customers forever. Bottom line, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.
I brought my sedan in for its first oil change and staff members were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I came online specifically to leave a review as I was impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend.
Brand New Mercedes. 53 miles from the dealership and check engine light comes on. Left VM w/ Tim the sales manager, left series of VM with others. Not one person could be bothered to call me back neither that day or any of the following days after. How would you feel? I'll be posting a youtube video.
