My family and I purchased a used Honda HRV from Alvaro at Mercedes Benz of Marin last Friday. Alvaro was helpful in arranging a longer than normal test drive so that my daughter (17) could get comfortable with the vehicle. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DETAILED CLEANING. I had my car detailed cleaning there, came back still dirty, with new paint scratch on the door, the technician/cleaner dripped purple-blue liquid on the carpet covered by my mat that I just saw it weeks later when I lifted my mat to vacuum, the liquid had crystalized together with the carpet that I couldn't remove at all.
