L dealership, no aura
Disappointed is an understatement, very unresponsive via text and phone call, currently taking their sweet time to refund me for a part I ordered, paid for, and NEVER received. Save yourself the headache, go to BMW of San Rafael.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We provided our mailing address to their title department at signing, yet here we are—almost 10 months later—and we still don’t have our title. I texted two different employees for months and heard nothing back until I finally cited California state law. This dealership clearly collects payment and then forgets to finish the deal. I will never use this dealership ever again. It seemed to me to be a very shady non trustworthy company. The customer service was awful. Took my car in to have it repaired and got it six months later. I could never get any answers and would talk to a different person each time I called. They kept ordering the wrong part and increasing the repair cost. Please heed my warning and save yourself some headache and money. Take your time and read all the one star reviews.
