I had two complete tire failures on potholed Route 22 trying to a void head on collisions on separate occasions. Drove into MB of Goldens Bridge greeted by my long time service advisor John Chipman, he immediately took over and had me out in one hour. We’ve been customer since 1987 and never disappointed. Keep up the good service.
Everything was great from beginning to end.My sales person Dan Dessi was amazing.He took the time to explain and show me everything.Everyone there was very helpful and friendly.It made the car buying experience a pleasant one.I will definitely be back when it is time to buy another Mercedes.I would highly recommend this dealership.

I placed an order on the website on 04/19 with an expected delivery date by 04/24, but the order status hasn’t changed at all. I’ve tried contacting the store multiple times over several days, and they simply put the call on hold and never return it. I’m very disappointed with this store’s customer service. I do not recommend it. Still trying to receive my order. 04/29/26
