Uneducated staff, they care only about the contract and not the customer, once you buy there is no customer service beyond sale. Perfect example of a stealership.
Sales department is lackluster. Service department is mediocre. Customer retention is poor for a reason.
From service to sales this dealership is excellent!
This is the only place I’ll buy a car. If you’re looking for pre-owned, ask for John Boraski. I just leased a new car and worked with Alex Riley. Alex was super thorough and helpful thru the whole process. He’s a consummate professional & they’re lucky to have him on the team
