We bought a used Mercedes from out of state. Esteban was our salesman, and he provided five star service from start to finish! He and Carolyn were very knowledgeable and professional, and we highly recommend them if you are looking for a car.
Pretty disappointed with this Mercedes dealership. Took it in for warranty repairs and they did a diagnostic inspection on the car ($250). After the diagnostic, they told me the item wasnt covered by warranty and that it would be over $2000. I told them that I would just pick up the car. They asked me if I would like a courtesy wash and vacuum of the car. When I went to pick up the car the next afternoon, it hadn't been cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned. Horrible horrible horrible!! They take your money and lie about what’s wrong with your vehicle. And when u ask for ur refund they give u a nasty rude attitude and they won’t give it back to you .if u are from out of town please please don’t bring ur Mercedes at the Clearwater location ever.I can tell u I went on a vacation my car broke down and since I only deal with Mercedes I brought it in and the diagnostic fee they charged me was $500 which I paid whatever I have 5 children and I needed my vehicle to get fixed to come ba... read more
