I had the most pleasant car repair experience in all my years! Diago Guevara Beck, my sevice advisor couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant! Diago kept me informed every step of the way and completed my major repair in a timely and efficient manner. My issue was covered under warranty and a new MB SUV was given as a loaner...nice touch! Mercedes Benz of Clearwater gets the highest marks for clear, efficient and courteous service! Bravo MoC and hats off to Diago. Highly recommended!
