10-Star service! I tend to stay away from corporate service shops and go local instead. But I had to come in finally with my GLE & Stephen in servicing went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, excellent communication, pleasant to work with, truly changed my opinion of Mercedes dealer service for the better.

I had a great experience! I was able to buy a used truck from them over the phone and they made the process super easy! I’m from Georgia so when I flew down to pick up the vehicle, Scott was there waiting for me and all I had to do was sign a few things and I was good to go. Scott Anderson was very professional and was very helpful in getting me into my vehicle.

I had an excellent experience working with Esteban. He was fast, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions right away, refunded my deposit promptly, and even provided the finance department’s direct number when I needed it. Closed and picked a car in 2 days with gifts 😆 Overall, a smooth and worry-free experience. Highly recommended!
