I have electrical issues with my car and I can't get an appointment for 10 days. They don't care. They can't do a loaner and even though Mercedes corporate is making me file a lemon law complaint... they don't care. UNBELIEVABLE.
Recently bought a used car from this dealership. I had Billy Daniels as my salesperson. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had.
