First off, they add $7500 minimum to each vehicle that they sell or lease. So you will always overpay in comparison to other dealerships. Check pricing for yourself online. Second they will run your credit multiple times and over ding your credit score. Don't ever finance through MB Financial. After paying 95% of the cars value on a lease they have the nerve to try and charge me an extra 42% on top of the cars actual value if I want to purchase it!?? I will never purchase or lease a vehicle here again.
Purchased both the main and auxiliary batteries for my E-Class - both were in stock, and the parts professional even helped carry them to my car. When I returned the cores, he replaced the battery in my key fob and showed me how to do it myself. The dealership staff were friendly, and the entire facility was spotless. I appreciate a quick, efficient, and courteous experience, and I look forward to working with Mercedes-Benz of Carlsbad again.
The dealership sold me one of the best vehicles I've purchased recently. Unfortunately, the communication, dedication, and response time to their erroneous transactions, caused me issues with register the vehicle for almost 12 weeks. I reached out to the GM via email and certified letter, but he never responded to me directly. We bought a LR Defender 8/21/25 paid asking price if they could get it shipped to Hawaii. Salesman said no problem 3 weeks later still waiting for them to get back to us on a delivery date after several emails. This is not Mercedes service!
