I don’t often leave reviews but want to acknowledge the great service of Bojana in the Service Centre at MB Mile End. I’ve visited a few times due to issues outside of her control and she has provided great communication and prompt service. She provides the level of traditional customer service that is so rare these days.
Wow, what a place, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you know you are somewhere special. I was only picking up a friend who was dropping off his older Mercedes for some diagnosis work,but the staff are so bloody friendly, lol, had myself a cup of English breakfast tea, lol, watched a bit of telly in the customer lounge, strolled the showroom, giggled and waved with the lovely girls behind the counter there, I didn’t want to leave, lol, it definitely reaffirmed the saying, “you get what you pay for”, my ... read more
