Had luck with them in the past. Went to get them to change the oil level sensor. Instead they pulled out all the ignition coils then didn’t put them back properly then broke another sensor and tried to charge me for it. They told me it would cost extra to fix the ignition coils that they messed up. So I limped it home and installed the ignition coils myself and it turned out they weren’t firing correctly because the spark plugs and ignition coils were loose. JT was awesome with being very thorough with the repairs and communication when working on my 2015 BMW 528i xdrive. I couldn’t be happier with the work performed as of 11/11/2024 when I rolled off their lot with it. I’m sure it’ll all last and I feel confident if something didn’t, he’d honor his work. Very thorough write up on the work performed and findings that you do not find at just any other shop. Thank you! Hopefully I won’t have to be back to soon.
