This is, without a doubt, the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. I would give zero stars if I could. Communication is absolutely terrible. Calls are not returned, messages are ignored, and getting any kind of response or follow-up feels nearly impossible. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Mercedes Bello. This was my first visit, and it will be my last. There was a complete lack of empathy, and I was spoken to in a way that made me feel like I was the problem instead of being supported as a parent. I went in desperate for answers and left feeling ten times worse. I even had to suggest a sleep study myself, and the response was just, “if you want, we can do it,” with no real concern.
