What an amazing and smooth experience we had with Mercedeh as our realtor. Very kind, caring and supportive with great guidances throughout the process of selling our house. We had an exceptional experience working with Mercedeh as our buyer’s agent. We purchased a new-build home, and she was incredibly thorough during the walkthrough, creating a detailed and thoughtful punch list that gave us complete confidence in the process. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication truly set her apart. Beyond her expertise, Mercedeh is genuinely warm and supportive—she guides you through the home-buying journey the way a family member would, making what can be a stressful process feel smo... read more

Mercedeh helped us buy our home, and the whole process was super smooth. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us land the house we were after. She communicated with us extensively and guided us through every step, so we never felt lost. If you're looking for a realtor who's genuinely on your side, work with Mercedeh.

Working with Mercedeh was fantastic. She was detail-oriented, ahead of every deadline, and consistently proactive and organized. Throughout the search she quickly picked up on our preferences, and when it came time to write offers she guided us through negotiations with calmness, positivity, and real expertise. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish, and we’ll absolutely work with her again.

I am one of three trustees to his estate. None of the trustees live in Sacramento. It was hard to know where to start. A family member referred Mercedeh Sheik to us. After talking to Mercedeh, the trustees agreed that we would contract with her to be our realtor. That turned out to be a good decision. Mercedeh is knowledgeable about the... read more
