Horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to my appointment yesterday. I was forced to wear a mask as I entered the office, mind you, it's 2026... No masks. I work in healthcare and know this is not mandatory anymore. I was also charged a $45 "co-pay" eventhough my insurance does not require me to pay one. I was greeted by two very unhappy women at the counter, who were rude and seemed like they hated their job... Just to find out later that one of them was Dr. Thomas. I wish I would have read ALL of the review(s). If you have the misfortune to visit Diane Thomas MD, FACOG, URPS, UNPR, please call your Medicaid/Medicare/Alliance or insurance company and Primary Care Provider to make a formal complaint. Also, be certain to take a card and your mask out the door with you! Do not throw it into the little silver trash can with the foot pedal on the floor under the reception counter that is provided by the office like I did before leaving the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever been in. I have never had this happen to me EVER. I just had a phone appointment with Dr D Thomas specialist and she was so disrespectful towards me. When I received a phone call for my appointment, she sounded very monotone, seems like she didn’t want to even be there and her attitude,tone,it blown my mind away. I was like okay, I ignored it and brushed off maybe she’s having a bad day.
