Start off with Dr Dennis Cesar is very nice and competent. His staff front desk all need to be fired. Terrible customer service skills, never return phone calls. Front counter girl wrote my appointment date and time on card then never put me in the schedule for 2/4/26. Next arrival I asked the front desk manager do I need to do anything before procedure? She stated no! I arrive again on 2/9 and nurse takes me in room asks have you had your CT? I said no. The office manager said I’m good. Well i could not see doctor until CT ... read more
Nice friendly and respectful staff. It felt welcoming by front office and MA. The only thing was doctor said a one week appointment, and ended up being one month.
My appointment was 7 am the office was open and ready for patients! Yeah My wait time to see the doctor was within 5 minutes of getting into the room. Great experience!
