Potential private pay patient. Was told I had to wait 3-5 business days to be called back with information on how much my appointment might cost me. I've worked in medical offices many years in the past, this information is standard and it should be as easy as looking it up when someone calls to ask. It shouldn't be hidden and complex.

Very Disappointing Experience With My OB I established care with Dr. Monique Sanchez in March during my pregnancy. Unfortunately, my experience with her was extremely disappointing, and I ultimately decided to change providers. From the beginning, I felt that my concerns were treated very casually. Terrible place to get help. Calling here is a lost cause. If you want to check on an appointment, be ready to wait on the phone for an hr+.

I hope you have AT LEAST half an hour to wait on hold if you need to call this place. Because apparently it’s mandatory, you will be waiting that long no matter when you call. And then once you get on the phone with someone you get to worry that the appointment you just made might not even be the right one because the person you talked to seemed to have no idea what you were asking for.
