I have been with this credit union since high school!!! 1976����� I love this cu, I have never banked at any other bank or cu� They have taken my payroll check for over 31 years, wouldn't have it any other way����
I always enjoy the smiling helpful faces that greet me on my visits. Always willing to find out if there is anything they can do to take care of my financial needs. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
You never seem to answer your phones, and never return phone calls. Its quite frustrating when i need access to my money out of town and i cant get ahold of anyone in the entire institution. Im not happy with this Bank.
I love this credit union but the automated menu needs to give a quick option to talk to someone in the department you're looking for versus going menu to menu and then reaching an answering machine
I have never had a loan with this institution. One of their repo people came to my house and used threats and intimidation against me. If this is an example of how these people conduct themselves never use them. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The mafia treated their customers with more respect. And as I said I don't have a loan with them I can't imagine how they would of treated me if I did.
Great bank for the Merced County. I been with them for 13 years. Thank you for the service and quick respond for Credit faud. Always on top in your game.
