I called day before MRI to discuss my concern regarding physical difficulties and being in a lot of pain. Person I spoke to gave accommodation they could provide to assist me, which I was very happy with. Just ask next day and it would be provided. When arrived I asked at reception desk and was told to ask the person doing the MRI. But when I did ask him, I was denied accommodation for my health, he played games and pretended not to understand.
