Deserves negative start. Some one shd audit this company, i bought a new construction that has been vacant for 3 months before tenants moved in, they still charge you ridiculous amount for zero usage and give a convoluted billing explanation for the service you havent used. I can understand a base fee of 50$ but 127 for power another 125 water is day light robbery.
