They are very unprofessional won't work with a person all there manager can say is we provide a service an need paid an she has a really rude attitude I would give this place zero stars they wanna shut you off even if you told them you were gonna pay your bill they don't like to woork with anyone an don't care if there's children in the home or a person that has a clap machine the manager even said she didn't care very unprofessional this place sucks
If I could I would give this company a zero star. The manager she is very rude and when you ask to talk to her boss she told me to go to the board meeting. What kind response is that! You should be able to talk to her boss. They are thieves too. Charging a $60 flat customers service fee and do not give good customer service even if you have solar!
Fraud business! I paid $427 to this company and they put my payment was only $227 and somehow I owe an extra $200 they straight up stole money from me! People need to be keeping proof of all payments and charges on your bills!
