Lara was patient , listening to our issues. We had just gone to auto club, wanted to lower our bill. They said the ONLY DISCOUNT would be $12.00 . Our bill was $430 monthly. We are retired. Drive 1 k miles a month or less . ..long story short we switched to mercury insurance $ 260. A month ! Happy campers now.
