As soon as I walked into the room I noticed that the walls and the floors were very dirty, and when I shut the door the deadbolt did not lock because someone had changed the metal piece in the doorway making it so that it was jammed with wood preventing it from locking,leaving me with only the top latch which was kind of flimsy. I made a security deposit for the room and never received it back nor got no follow-up as to what happened to it the manager is never on call they won't tell me their names a really shady establishment to mention the service is horrible roaches everywhere Mice everywhere not to mention a homosexual guy tried hitting on me in plain sight would not recommend staying here for any reason shut it down
Recently booked to stay here they kept my deposit still haven't returned it manager is nowhere to be found and the representatives aren't even in uniform they're lurking and stalking around the corner listening to everything going on in my room. My guest try asking for additional towels and they tell them I guess no plus they have additional people in the back staying for free

Wir haben eine Rundreise durch verschiedene Nationalparks von Denver bis San Francisco gemacht und dadurch in vielen Hotels übernachtet. Aber dieses Hotel übertraf jegliche Erwartungen.
