The staff was really nice, helped us get a microwave without us even asking. However, the rooms were bad, it's completely different from booking.come. It felt like a scam and we left after staying one night even though we booked for three.
I walked in the room looked like a murder just happen it was nasty not clean at all didnt even wanna go to the bathroom renters beware this place should be shutdown..
We got this room and it had two beds in it but we go in the bathroom and there was pubic hair in the corner behind the door there was hair not my hair on the floor as well as one of the towels that they gave us had black hair in it as well as one of the washcloths then we asked for possibly extra pillows they didn't have any and then we asked for extra towels and they only had two. Bait and switch on pictures versus what is actually there. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t want any memory of ever being there. In retrospect I should have taken them so they could be posted. Room extremely outdated in very poor repair, linens damaged with burn marks torn, huge cob webs, bathroom caulking moldy, stair carpet filthy, worn down, shredded, no window screens, drapes dirty/torn (A/C did work), at 6:30 am radio booming with bass and blasting country western music so loud our walls shook. My wife was having a procedure done so we tried to book a room for the night before. Put if the request that since we're both mobility challenged, we needed a ground floor room. When we got to the motel, that request was REFUSED and we were told to cancel the reservation and that we had to leave. Will be filing complaints with both the booking site as well as filing an ADA complaint.
