I want to start up with congratulations to the major change the apartments have done the maintenance supervisor MR Rene goes above and beyond getting my service done.
I want to say how disgusting it is that this place tries to cover up a sexual harassment issue that happened here involving the main maintenance man renee and a female resident. When brought up to management and Mrs. Carolyn nothing was done. They are now trying to hide it and act as if nothing ever happened. Very unprofessional and they seem to not care about the safety and wellbeing of the residents here.
I would rather be homeless than live in this place. I had a water leak in my apartment in January in the wall. They never came in and fixed the wall after they fixed the leak. They constantly change up the rules or let certain people just do whatever they want. I moved out at the beginning of the month and when I told them that I would be out at the end of my lease which was the 31st they are still trying to get me to pay the rent even though I DID NOT sign a new lease. I have heard how the maintenance Spanish guy talks to his employees and how rude he is to residents when they only speaking even the head lady can be a little disrespectful and rude we pay bills to live here but it can feel like your on probation to whom ever is reading these reviews that are of higher standards hopefully the people that own these apartments you all really need to look into the management seriously.....
Was going to move here due to I like my mother’s apartment but due to hearing about the maintenance supervisor trying to harass a lady recently I think I will pass on it upon reading the reviews management isn’t all that great either hopefully they will do what’s right by the residence because that’s not safe at all….
