I've been here since December of 2025 I love the friendly environment and the staff is amazing maintenance dude Curtis and housekeeper are very nice and friendly and helpful planning on staying a while....
Worst Apartment managers ever. They constantly change rules to fit their agenda. I was told that my child isn’t allowed to swim in the swimming pool without having a pool pass….. They never provided me with one. The only way that I could get maintenance to come out and fix my blinds is by telling them that I wasn’t going to pay rent and report them. Please live here as a very, very, very last resort.
The so called property manager at the 800Bellshire Apts doesn't want the tenants to decorate their balcony, she must think that she is running a prison with prisoners over here. There are people here with kids that love to decorate for the holidays. Not only the kids but also like to decorate and look at the lights. The tenants should be able to fix their place up like they want to, .We pay rent to live here, she doesn't. When the time comes for rent they're looking for the money. My husband and I really enjoy being here. The office staff and the maintenance staff are sweet and professional. Our neighbors are awesome, they were very friendly and welcoming.
