Had a great experience with Vickie she helped me with getting an apartment. She had the greatest customer service.
Try to come up to the leasing office, to find out information about prices and availability. There was 2 lady’s who made us wait for 10-15 minutes. Then told us that they don’t have anything 2bd apartments available. They were no help! We even bought our 2 month old baby in there. Stay away!! They are horrible!! No one wants to help! They seem VERY judgmental!
Office staff is not customer friendly - what so ever - NEVER ANSWER OFFICE PHONE - takes advantage of people - unlawfully taking deposits and not returning them when "deal" does not go thru - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!
Vick Love help me through all the process, she has an oustanding customer service! I highly recommend The 800 Bellshire apartments!
Just moved in and overall has been a good experience. Front office can be a little unorganized and have miscommunication but overall very nice staff and good customer service really love Miss Nikki. She’s always such good help. Love the community. Very nice and welcoming neighbors.
