Just in case I forget how rude, hateful and incompetent the staff are here, I was reminded today when the nurse hung up on me after insinuating I was lying about the appointment Jill told them to make. An appointment that I’ve been waiting for since July, that THEY scheduled for me and then cancelled today, three days before my appointment on Thursday.
