Absolutely disgusted with this facility and the way it is being ran. I was here in 2020 for treatments and it was beyond amazing. Now it is a joke. Every single time I come in I have to wait 30 min to hr after appt time to get seen and then every time I have issues with payments and such. Nobody knows what is going on and making it seem like a pt is not paying their bills embarrassing the pt in a room full of people because they can not do their job right is insane.
As a new patient, I felt so dismissed that I wanted to cry. I was just trying to relieve pain and I felt like the doctors are not concerned (perhaps they can’t help but they could show a little compassion for a patient in pain) The staff helped me get the appointments necessary and you could tell they were working hard but the two separate doctors i visited were equally cold in their demeanor (as if it was fun for me to be there and I was going to get something from them). 1st visit my brother really loved the doctors attitude his Ora was fabulous I can see his patients are of great importance loved the eye contact and caring kind vibe Dr Mahmoudie is awesome also heard great things about him through other patients. Also the staff very professional and kind. God Bless
