Both doctor/dentist and dental assistant were very kind and patient with me describing the procedure beforehand and reassuring me throughout, asking if I needed any breaks and comforting me thoroughout. The reception staff are always lovely and very accommodating. Thanks to all!

My partner had four wisdom teeth removed this morning. He told the dentist multiple times the numbing was not working. They continued with the surgery as they were “running behind”. I expect medical professionals to provide more care for their patients. Whether that meant to send him home as medication was not working, or continuing to provide pain relief. This establishment is employing hacks.
