The best ever. I have experienced many dentists, Dr. M's practice is the best. Very friendly, accommodating, and most of all experienced.
There is no way you can say how wonderful Dr. M and his entire staff is on so few words. When I went to him the first time I wasn't scared or dentist I was terrified. By the time I left that first visit I never needed any nerve help no matter what he had to do. I swore 20 years ago no dentist would ever pull another tooth. Mercantini has been my dentist for over 10 years, and the care is very professional. Although Mercantini is an extremely experienced good dentist, his staff is what shines. They call you the day before your appointment for a reminder. There is almost no wait when you arrive for an appointment, the cleanings are quite competently done. They give you the usual free toothbrush and samples upon leaving. They also give feedback on how you've been flossing/brushing, such as areas of the mouth where there needs to be improvement. My husband and I have been w/Dr. Mercantini's practice for 10 years and are thoroughly satisfied with his services and exceptional staff. I would highly recommend "Dr. Merc" or Dr. Lee to anyone looking for a dentist in the Northern VA area.
Dr. M is the best. I have dental insurance at work and its top of the line and free. BUT I pay if I need to because I will not go to anyone else. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. I was terrified of dentist before him and now I never give getting dental worka second thought.
I saw Dr. Le when I went in with a bad toothache. She fixed me up and pointed me towards a great oral surgeon. I plan on having her put together a plan of action for me. She was very nice, understanding, and concerned for the future of my mouth.
I've had front tooth implant, whitening, a few fillings and just concerns about smell from mouth. Everything was corrected and explained without overselling or over charging and some times for free. What I am trying to say that in time when dental work get complicated expensive and may be scary doc Mercantini and his office staff participating in your problem explaining your best interest and best of all correcting problem without flaws.
