Food was pretty good. 18oz ribeye was cooked a perfect med. rare, though the seasoning was lacking just a slight amount. And the chimichurri sauce could have used another day of marinating before being served. The popover texture was spot on -crunchy on outside, soft on inside- but the flavor was lacking. Star T was our bartender/server and she was fabulous! She was most pleasant and courteous. Our drinks and food were so good and since this was the last night of our vacation, ending on a perfect meal was the icing on the cake. Thank you!
