Nearly three years ago, our community formed an association and separated from the builder. My experience with Mercantile has been marked by persistent communication failures, unprofessional behavior, and an ongoing lack of accountability. 1. Rude Employees: The staff’s attitude is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Their responses to inquiries are curt and dismissive, leaving owners feeling unheard and disrespected. 2. MPM has been great to work with.
Everyone I have had anything to do with from this company has been rude. I’m not sure why. They don’t answer calls, voicemails or anything. Tara facchiano in particular is the most miserable person I have ever dealt with.
