We were hired by Mercantile Properties to stripe the parking lot of one of their apartment complexes. They were a pleasure to work with. They were very communicative, understanding of our needs to complete the project, and paid promptly. As a vendor, I highly recommend working with them!
This is my job,I like it. They have multiple properties that we manage.
Predatory rental company. Read all the other one-star reviews and you'll see just why. Also they aren't open from 12-1 because that's when they take their lunch so if you want to go make a payment on your lunch break you can't because that would be too much of an inconvenience to have someone there.
