Transformation of our property, they're respectful and very thorough.
Be warned - FLAKY- Although the owner is plesant to speak with on the phone, the follow up by his staff is NOT good. I wasted multiple weeks trying to get confirmation of insurance etc..When we finally agreed to it all and asked him to put a short paragraph of job in writing he emailed he's too busy so no longer not interested. What a waste of our time. Don't bother with this company.
John and his team did a fantastic job at trimming our palm trees. Very professional, friendly and polite. One of the trees was right up by the house and we want to keep it, however it makes it difficult to access, but they made it look easy with no damage to our home. Their work was expert and efficient and exceeded our expectations. The trees look better than ever and the cleanup was above par.
Stay Away - I should have headed the warnings about this guy. Had him to some work at our home. Turns out, he dumped everything on a nearby vacant lot. Additionally, he broke the locked gate to do so. It cost me $5,800 to make it right by the property owner. Luckly I hadn't paid John yet. He's gone stealth. FYI - another review on Yelp describes the same problem a couple of years ago. She was fined for illegal dumping by the City of Sacramento. I guess some habits don't go away easily. I'd give him a "0" if I could.
John arrived 10 minutes early! He and his helper worked efficiently and quickly. John removed my tree and with care eliminated the trunk causing no damage to irrigation lines or surrounding plants. After the cutting and grinding they cleaned up the whole mess. I Recommend John without hesitation. He’s a pro who takes pride in his work.
