Definitely consider as a option if looking..I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED A BETTER DEALERSHIP FROM HERE TO SPRINGS..they provide car fax and worked all hours for me even if i had questions after hours...I looked at multiple dealership around town... all had high prices and very little negotiating room and very high interest rates... the staff are very nice and welcoming...truly appreciate the hard work mercardos KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Tried to buy a car from these guys for months now, they will not fix the car, call or even text me. I'm sure this means something shady. Find another shop to shop.
A year ago I was in a really vulnerable position and I needed a car because mine broke down on the highway and was not fixable. I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Mercado Motors. Within a week I had it towed back to them because my brakes locked up and the ABS system came on. They told me nothing was wrong with it and sent it back to me. Helped my sister buy a Nissan Juke from Mercado. Car had extensive damage to the front end and underneath. I asked if the car had ever been in an accident and was told no but it was apparent an accident had definitely occurred prior to my sister's purchase! I would never do business with Mercado Motors again! Beware!
Do not work with these people. Their customer service and sales team sucks. Shop elsewhere.
