Recently purchased a van here for work. They were very nice people and understanding. They worked quickly and got all the paperwork signed relatively fast. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a used vehicle. That being said it is a used vehicle and needed work immediately after purchase . Rear differential has bad bearings & low on oil. Tranny low on oil had bad sensors , brakes were bad . Ignition system malfunctioning. However at the end of the day it’s a used vehicle and each one will need work .
Just purchased a vehicle from Mercado Motors! Fabulous experience from beginning to end. No hard push sales. Everyone was kind and accommodating.
Definitely consider as a option if looking..I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED A BETTER DEALERSHIP FROM HERE TO SPRINGS..they provide car fax and worked all hours for me even if i had questions after hours...I looked at multiple dealership around town... all had high prices and very little negotiating room and very high interest rates... the staff are very nice and welcoming...truly appreciate the hard work mercardos KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Tried to buy a car from these guys for months now, they will not fix the car, call or even text me. I'm sure this means something shady. Find another shop to shop.
A year ago I was in a really vulnerable position and I needed a car because mine broke down on the highway and was not fixable. I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Mercado Motors. Within a week I had it towed back to them because my brakes locked up and the ABS system came on. They told me nothing was wrong with it and sent it back to me.
