If you don't mind having the train passing every hour, right by your balcony window this place is for you! Random inspections every 3 months with you being at home or not. The best part is this place is a gated community but your vehicle will still get broken into or stolen at least once so no urgency for safety. As a bonus it gets better the stairs smell and are never cleaned. The back gate is a safety hazard it's locked but we have elevators. Only for $900+ a month it is all worth it.
