I’ve had a great experience at Mercado Apartments! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live in Perris!

If you don't mind having the train passing every hour, right by your balcony window this place is for you! Random inspections every 3 months with you being at home or not. The best part is this place is a gated community but your vehicle will still get broken into or stolen at least once so no urgency for safety. As a bonus it gets better the stairs smell and are never cleaned. The back gate is a safety hazard it's locked but we have elevators. Only for $900+ a month it is all worth it.
